App Options

Menu options include User, Manage, View, Sync (Batch mode only), and Tools. Depending on your device operating system, the menu will reside either along the top or the bottom of the form.

• Logout option: select to log out of the application. For more information about the login process, see "Application Log In"

• Containers option: select to view containers, add a container, or edit an existing container.
• Locations option: select to view locations, search for a location, or add a location.
• Items option: select to view items, search for an item, or add an item.

• Inventory: select to view site inventory.
• Assets: this option is only available with the asset inventory feature. Select to view asset inventory.
• Collected Data (batch only): select to view collected data; also contains a delete option and a purge option to manually delete the collected data from the mobile application. For more information on purging your collected data, see "Batch Purge Data".
• Custom Query (batch only): select to open the View Data form. At this form, you are able to select and run a custom query that has been added to it. If you would like more information about adding a custom query to this form, please contact IntelliTrack sales (email: sales@intellitrack.net) or your IntelliTrack Account Manager.

• Download: select to download data from the main web application.
• Upload Data: select to upload mobile data to the main application.

• Settings: select mode (Batch or RF).
• Preferences: select to reach the Preferences form. This form contains item, asset, and order preference settings.
• About: select to open the About form. This form contains the application version.

The Main form contains the following options for performing transactions in IntelliTrack: Inventory, Move, Orders, and Assets.

An asset inventory and a consumable inventory (physical count) may be performed.

A consumable inventory (physical inventory count) may be performed.

When the role of the logged-in user contains the assets and assets inventory features, the user may perform an asset inventory and a consumable inventory. If the logged-in user role does not contain the asset inventory feature, only a consumable inventory may be performed.

A consumable inventory single move and a consumable mass move may be performed.

An asset single move and an asset mass move may be performed.

When the role of the logged-in user contains the asset single and mass move features, you are able to perform asset inventory moves and consumable inventory moves. If the role of the logged-in user does not contain the asset inventory move features, only a consumable inventory single or mass move may be performed.

When the role of the logged-in user contains issues, receipts, and/or returns, these order options are available from the Orders button.

When the role of the logged-in user contains picking orders and/or receiving orders, these order options are available from the Orders button.

When the role of the logged-in user contains the assets, assignees, retire, check in, and check out features, the Assets menu options are available accordingly in the Assets menu options: Check Out, Check In, and Retire.
